My journey into nutrition didn’t begin in a classroom. It started in early childhood when I faced unexplained health challenges. Persistent gut discomfort and constant fatigue left me feeling drained, lacking in energy, frustrated, and disconnected from my own body. Like many others, I turned to various diets and trends in search of relief, but these quick fixes provided only temporary solutions which failed to address the underlying issues. Nor was I offered the ongoing support I truly needed.
Determined to find lasting answers, I began exploring the powerful relationship between food, the mind and overall wellness. By uncovering the root causes of my symptoms and learning how to purposefully nourish my body, I restored my energy and reclaimed my vitality.
This personal journey did more than improve my own well-being. It ignited my deep passion for helping others experience similar transformations.
